A path and growth into higher levels of the self. Ascend is movement and change one doesn't see, but feels.
The earrings are hand-modelled in wax and cast in sterling silver. The curved line rises and turns into space; were it to continue, it would close into a spiral, but it stops short of that.
The high polish of the outer surfaces gives way to the brushed finish of the scalloped notches cut into the folds. They can be worn either way round, the left one on the right ear and the other way about.
The silver earrings are also available gold-plated, rose gold-plated or rhodium-plated. The same shape is also made with a lever-back fitting, to which it is slightly adapted.
